Commander of the Second Assault Battalion of the Third Assault Brigade, Dmytro Kukharchuk, said that the project of working with ex-prisoners was successful. They have perfectly integrated into the unit and have a high level of motivation.

Kuharchuk reported this via Telegram on Thursday, October 3.

Mobilization of prisoners in Ukraine

"Today, I can proudly state that the project to work with former prisoners in the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade turned out to be the most successful among all brigades in Ukraine," the message stated.

According to the commander, the prisoners have perfectly integrated into the unit, and some are already serving as unit commanders, showing a high level of motivation.

He thanked the people who were involved in this process.

Previously, the ex-commander of the "Azov" battalion Maksym Zhorin mentioned the advantages of the prisoner mobilization.

In addition, former prisoners, who are currently serving in the 5th separate assault brigade, shared their service experience and attitude of the military.
